There, is where you will find the Penya de s\u2019Indio, an enormous rock which standing from a certain position you can actually distinguish the silhouette of an Indian.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10086\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0172p.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1333\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10091\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0180p.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2000\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The rock is located within the public estate of S\u2019Arang\u00ed, where they have prepared a circular track to be able to observe the rock from below and several viewpoints where you can see the sea and the highest mountain in Menorca, Monte Toro. There are also resting areas with wooden tables ideal to stop to eat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10087\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0174p.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2000\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10098\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0203p.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2000\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10099\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0213p.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2000\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The route is divided into 3 itineraries: the blue, the green and the red. The blue itinerary is 446 metres, which can be done in 20 minutes. The green route is a little longer, 488 metres calculated to be covered in 30 minutes. These two are the most recommendable if going with children.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The red itinerary runs along 2.116 metres and it takes approximately 90 minutes, arriving to the top of Mount Puig Mal. The latter is the most difficult due to the unevenness of the path and rocky stretches, and it is not recommended to go with small children.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10089\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0175p.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2000\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The three itineraries are connected with each other and at the crossings between these lanes you can take a detour and select the itinerary you prefer.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The path is marked at all times with wooden sign posts painted in the itinerary\u2019s colour to follow and not get lost.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10090\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0178p.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2000\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10093\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0187p.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2000\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10095\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0197p.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2000\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Most of the trail runs under the shade of the trees, therefore, it is a humid area where now, in autumn, mushrooms grow at the foot of the trees. In addition, during the excursion you will be able to observe rocks that are more than 400 years old, many of them eroded, presenting large amounts of<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>holes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10092\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0185p.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2000\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10096\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC_0199p.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2000\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">To arrive there you must access the main road from Es Mercadal towards Mah\u00f3n, and at only 2, on the right you will see the entrance to the car park.
