Ensuite, coupez-le en morceaux de taille moyenne, en gardant la chair \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur de ses coquilles pour conserver tout son jus et sa saveur.<\/li>\n<li>Base Saut\u00e9 : Hachez finement l&#8217;oignon, l&#8217;ail et le poivron rouge.
