You should know that the LED bulbs are as much as five times more expensive than traditional light bulbs to buy, but in contrast have a calculated useful life of more years and therefore, are a short-term economic investment.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/IMG_5944.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-bd-normal wp-image-1102\" src=\"\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/IMG_5944-660x330.jpg\" alt=\"Luces en comedor\" width=\"660\" height=\"330\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/IMG_5944-660x330.jpg 660w, https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/IMG_5944-1052x526.jpg 1052w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In LED technology, unlike what everyone believes, the power is not an indicator of brightness but a measure of the amount of energy that reaches the light bulb. For incandescent light bulbs, there is a correlation between the watts and the brightness, but for the LED light bulbs this correlation is of no use to us. For example, an LED light bulb with a brightness comparable to that of an incandescent bulb of 60 W is only 8 to 12 watts. The lumen (lm) is the real measurement we should take into account when we start replacing the traditional light bulbs for the LED ones.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/IMG_1159.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-bd-normal wp-image-1101\" src=\"\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/IMG_1159-660x330.jpg\" alt=\"Comedor Menorca\" width=\"660\" height=\"330\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Changing to LED technology is really an investment for the future due to their long durability than rather than an immediate saving. The bill for the next month won\u2019t go down for having suddenly changed all the light bulbs in the house, but we will notice this saving gradually.
