Se escaldan dej\u00e1ndolas unos pocos minutos en el agua. Despu\u00e9s dejar enfriar.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez la pasta est\u00e1 fr\u00eda, se le tiene que unir la clara de huevo batida. Aconsejamos dejar un poco de clara para embadurnar las palmas de la mano en el momento de dar forma a los amargos. Amasamos la pasta y la dejamos reposar unos 20 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00faltimo paso es hacer las bolitas del tama\u00f1o de una nuez y colocarlas en la placa del horno sobre un papel vegetal. Precalentar el horno a 180\u00ba e introducir los amargos durante unos 15 minutos.
