It often happens that people come into our office or call us because they are looking for a place to launch a new business venture. Renting or buying a house, villa or business premises in Menorca is no easy matter. There are many things to consider: the ideal location, the right amount of space, how it fits in with the project, the right price\u2026 The equation is always complex however since we started trading our main aim has been to make our clients\u2019 dreams a reality. The restaurant of Sa Vinya d\u2019es Port<\/a> is one such case.<\/p>\n

\"IMG_1012\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Xavier Altimir<\/strong> and Gaby Garc\u00eda<\/strong> trusted Bonnin Sanso<\/a> to find the ideal venue in the Port of Mah\u00f3n. They wanted to launch a restaurant in Menorca. They explained their vision and ideas to us. This enabled us to propose several offerings that were currently both on and off the market, which had various possibilities.<\/p>\n

\"Local<\/a><\/p>\n

We found the premises that best suited to their needs: some offices that had previously been used for nautical purposes located at Moll de Llevant 258. The transformation into the restaurant that stands there today is a dramatic change from what stood there previously, their art and good taste have turned it into a very special spot, placed in one of the best locations on the Port of Mah\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\"Sa<\/a><\/p>\n

Incredible views, sunsets and a very pleasant atmosphere, today their dream has become a reality. Sa Vinya d\u2019es Port restaurant has entered the select list of benchmark establishments in our port this summer. Its fresh and modern cuisine of homemade toasties, tapas and wines has seduced the public and is causing a major sensation.<\/p>\n
