loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7217\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Panyleche.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1417\" height=\"1063\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Place the <strong>bread<\/strong> in a bowl and add a <strong>little milk<\/strong> until it is moist, and all the milk has been absorbed.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mash the bread with a fork, add the <strong>crumbled cottage cheese<\/strong>, <strong>sugar<\/strong>, <strong>two beaten eggs<\/strong>, <strong>cinnamon<\/strong> and <strong>lemon pre-heated oven for <strong>30 minutes at 180 degrees<\/strong>.\u00a0To check that it is cooked, insert a toothpick in the centre of the cake and it should come out
