Dans l\u2019ancien temps, la cuisson de faisait au four dans un pot d\u2019argile, mais on peut utiliser n\u2019importe quel r\u00e9cipient qui r\u00e9siste a la chaleur. On peut d\u00e9corer avec du sucre en poudre et un peu plus de cannelle.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7220\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Mezclaconcanelaylimon.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1417\" height=\"1063\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La suivante et derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 <strong>cuire<\/strong> durant une <strong>demi-heure dans un four<\/strong> pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0<strong> 180 degr\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/strong>Pour v\u00e9rifier la cuisson, on peut piquer la partie centrale avec un cure dent et regarder qu il sorte
