Year of Solidarity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>We are coming to the end of another busy year<\/strong> fulfilling the dreams of the many people who have trusted in our Estate Agency and today we want to talk about <strong>one of the objectives that our company started which goes beyond our everyday remit<\/strong>.\u00a0 A mission which aims to <strong>give back to society all that she gives generously to us.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The first gesture<\/strong> happened in October, <strong>giving an award for the work done by the Association of Relatives of Alzheimer\u2019s Diseases of Menorca<\/strong> and thanks to sponsorship we could make the sixth edition of the <strong>Onda Cero Awards<\/strong>.\u00a0 During the gala held in the Teatro Principal of Mahon, our President, Juan Torres, had the honour of publicly thanking the president of this non-profit making organisation which accompanies those who suffer this cruel disease in their own environment.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_7597\" style=\"width: 1210px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7597\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7597\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/premios-solidaritat.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"798\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-7597\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Menorca al d\u00eda<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>The next gesture<\/strong> was born from an idea that came from within our own company to <strong>edit a solidarity calendar dedicated to three charities<\/strong>: the <strong>fight against breast cancer<\/strong> (ALBA Association), the <strong>fight against childhood cancer<\/strong> (ASPANOB) and <strong>help for abandoned or abused animals<\/strong> (Ciutadella Animal Protection).\u00a0 Last year a <strong>photography competition for evocative images of Menorca was held<\/strong> and we got twelve photographs to illustrate a calendar.\u00a0 The idea was that the <strong>charities would receive all monies from the sale of the calendars plus a \u20ac1,000 donation from us.\u00a0 The calendar is on sale in our offices and in the headquarters of the three charities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7596\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Captura-de-pantalla-2018-12-17-a-les-16.49.30.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1298\" height=\"475\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The third gesture<\/strong> will take place on 16<sup>th<\/sup>December when we <strong>will be sponsoring the gala that for 30 years has been celebrating the Cadena Ser<\/strong> in the fairground of Mahon under the wonderful title \u201cFor the smile of a child\u201d.\u00a0 We will do our bit to make this an unforgettable day for the little
