The<strong> main house<\/strong> <strong>has<\/strong> three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with fireplace, dining room and separate kitchen with access to the terrace.<strong> There is a separate building<\/strong> with a bedroom and bathroom en suite <strong>by the swimming pool<\/strong>. The <strong>plot<\/strong> has a total of 1,200 m2 and has a <strong>bread oven, barbecue area, tool shed, vegetable garden and parking space for several cars.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7648\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/m\u00e1svistadiciembre.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"899\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This house has been <strong>on sale with Bonnin Sanso since the beginning of November,<\/strong> and since then, it has had almost 1,400 views online. <strong>Five interested clients have visited, one of which decided to make it their home.<\/strong>\u00a0It was an extremely quick sale because when <strong>Simon Terry, our agent from the Sant Lluis office<\/strong>, saw it he knew immediately that it was <strong>exactly right for these French customers who had been looking for a year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7649\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/pergola.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1164\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After <strong>sending them all the information<\/strong> about the house, along with three other properties that could also be possibilities, their<strong> trip to Menorca was arranged<\/strong>. They <strong>were smitten immediately with the house in S&#8217;Uestrar<\/strong> when they visited it; so much so that <strong>two weeks later they exchanged contracts<\/strong>. Without a doubt, it was a typical Menorcan house in the countryside area of \u200b\u200bSant Llu\u00eds, which is very popular with French customers.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7650\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/piscina-y-horno.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1012\" height=\"758\" \/><\/p>\n<p>S<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/en\/areas\/menorca\/sant-lluis-district\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>&#8216;Uestrar is a residential area very close to Sant Lluis<\/em><\/strong><\/a> with <strong>typical Menorcan<\/strong> houses where you can enjoy the<strong> countryside<\/strong> but with all the <strong>amenities<\/strong> of Sant Lluis close by.
