Cette fois-ci <strong>nous ne parlerons pas des champignons les plus connus, mais de ceux qui sont \u00e9galement comestibles<\/strong> et m\u00eame avec un grand pourcentage de valeur culinaire.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><strong><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8774\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Pleurotus_eryngii-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"430\" \/>G\u00cdRGOLA DE CAMP ( <i>Pleurotus eryngii<\/i>)<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\">En espagnol on l\u2019appelle \u201cchampignon de chardon\u201d et il est tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 en cuisine, en plus de ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9dicinales. Il a un chapeau de couleur marron et convexe, mais lorsqu\u2019il est vieux, il devient plat et frip\u00e9. Il a des lamelles blanches ainsi que son pied. Sa chair est blanche avec une odeur et un go\u00fbt relev\u00e9. On le trouve dans les champs ouverts, des prairies, proche des chardons.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8775 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Chroogomphus_rutilus_Bryonia_orig-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"467\" \/><strong>CAMA DE PERDIU (Chroogomphus rutilus)<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\">En espagnol on l\u2019appelle \u201cgonfidio reluciente\u201d. Il a un chapeau genre cloche et \u00e0 la fin plate. S\u2019il y a beaucoup d\u2019humidit\u00e9, on croirait qu\u2019il a une glaire dessus. Sa coloration est marron terreux, parfois un peu orang\u00e9. Ses lamelles sont jaun\u00e2tres. On le trouve dans les bois de pins. Il n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 en cuisine, peut-\u00eatre parce qu\u2019il devient mauvais si on le cuit et de plus y n\u2019est pas agr\u00e9able \u00e0 la vue. Quelques cuisiniers le s\u00e8chent car ils aiment sa texture qui ressemble au chewing-gum avec peu de go\u00fbt, pour ne pas d\u00e9ranger les personnes qui n\u2019aiment pas les go\u00fbts forts.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8776\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Hydnum_albidum-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><strong>PICORNELL BLANC (Hydnum albidum)<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\">C\u2019est un champignon compl\u00e8tement blanc, mais si le terrain est tr\u00e8s sec, il pourrait avoir des taches jaun\u00e2tres. Il a un chapeau irr\u00e9gulier. En Catalogne on l\u2019appelle \u201clangue de boeuf blanc\u201d parce que sous son parapluie il a comme des aiguilles qui ressemblent \u00e0 celles de la langue de cet animal. On peut le trouver dans les bois mixtes. Dans son groupe, il est le plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8777\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Russula-delica-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"436\" \/><strong>BOLET BLANC (<i>Russula delica<\/i>)<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\">En espagnol il s\u2019appelle \u201cr\u00fasula blanca\u201d. C\u2019est un gros champignon avec un grand chapeau convexe et en forme d\u2019entonnoir. Il est blanc avec des taches ocres lorsqu\u2019il est vieux. Son pied est central, court et rond. Sa chair est \u00e9paisse et piquante. Il vaut mieux le manger lorsqu\u2019il est jeune et tendre. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><strong><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8778\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Russula_grisea-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/>BLAVA (Russula grisea)<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\">Il est de la m\u00eame esp\u00e8ce que le \u201cbolet blanc\u201d et ils se ressemblent beaucoup. On les diff\u00e9rencie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur coloration, qui est verd\u00e2tre, grise et bleue. Il a le pied et les lamelles blanch\u00e2tres. Il est plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 en cuisine et ailleurs il est connu comme \u201cle champignon des porcs\u201d.
