On bat l\u2019\u0153uf avec un peu de sel et un ail coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux dans un bol, et on ajoute ensuite la viande hach\u00e9e. On doit m\u00e9langer le tout pour que la viande absorbe l\u2019\u0153uf et si vous voyez que <\/span><\/span><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\">la farce<\/span><\/span><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"> n\u2019est pas li\u00e9e, il vaut mieux ajouter de la chapelure. \u00a0Comme la famille de Mar\u00eda Elena aime manger les toutes petites boulettes de viande, elle divise <\/span><\/span><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\">la farce<\/span><\/span><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"> en deux. D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 une <\/span><\/span><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\">partie sera<\/span><\/span><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"> pour faire la grosse boulette pour la soupe, et l\u2019autre pour faire les petites boulettes<\/span><\/span><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"PT\">.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8840\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/pilotes-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"469\" height=\"432\" \/>Pour<strong> faire cuire, elle nous recommande d\u2019utiliser deux casseroles<\/strong>: la cocotte-minute et la normale. Dans la cocotte-minute nous mettons les pois chiches, une partie de la \u00ab\u00a0sopa verde\u00a0\u00bb, les viandes ossobuco et un morceau charnu de patte de b\u0153uf, le poulet, les os et la grosse boulette. Nous y ajouterons de l\u2019eau et un peu de sel et nous laisserons bouillir 35 minutes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8841\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/arrencarelbull-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1536\" \/>Dans <strong>l\u2019autre casserole, nous mettrons de l\u2019eau. Du sel et le reste de la \u00ab\u00a0sopa verde\u201d.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8842\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/sopaverda-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1527\" height=\"1173\" \/>Quand le tout bout, nous ajoutons les<strong> pommes de terre<\/strong>. Nous laissons bouillir environ 25 minutes et nous y ajoutons le <strong>chou<\/strong>, que nous laisserons bouillir environ 15 minutes. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8843\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/colipatata-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1519\" height=\"1175\" \/>Finalement nous ajouterons la <\/span><\/span><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"><strong>soubressade<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\">qui bouillira avec tous les autres ingr\u00e9dients pendant 5 minutes afin qu\u2019ils ne se fondent pas. Mar\u00eda Elena nous recommande de mettre les ingr\u00e9dients suivant le temps de cuisson afin qu\u2019ils soient tous \u00e0 point.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8844\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/sucssopes-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/>Lorsque tous les ingr\u00e9dients sont dans la <strong>casserole bouillis, nous m\u00e9langerons la soupe des deux casseroles afin que le go\u00fbt soit le m\u00eame<\/strong>. Quand le tout commence \u00e0 bouillir, ajoutez les petites boulettes de viande pendant 5 minutes. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8845\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Galetsdenadal-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"475\" height=\"328\" \/>L\u2019\u00e9tape finale sera de mettre le vermicelle, chez la famille Pons Yela ce sera les traditionnels <strong>\u00ab\u00a0galets\u00a0\u00bb de No\u00ebl.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><b><span lang=\"FR\">Recommandations pour servir:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8846\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonninsanso.com\/discoverymenorca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/ataulanadal-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"475\" height=\"451\" \/><\/span><\/span><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\">Elle nous recommande de <strong>manger en premier lieu la soupe avec les petites boules de viande et les \u201c<\/strong><\/span><\/span><strong><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"SV\">galets<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"><strong>\u201d<\/strong>. Ensuite servir dans <strong>deux plats diff\u00e9rents, dans le premier les pois chiches, le chou, les pommes de terre et la mo\u00eblle et dans l\u2019autre servir les viandes, la <\/strong><\/span><\/span><strong><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\">soubressade<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span class=\"Ninguno\"><span lang=\"FR\"><strong> et le poulet<\/strong>.
