Thanks to its unique position, it offers stunning views of the city's most iconic landmarks, with one of the highest rooftop terraces in the city, from where the sea and island of Mallorca can be admired.
Building has been recently lovingly restored with a modern minimalistic approach, while retaining its original layout and historical features like wooden beams, arched windows, stone staircase and balustrades, resulting in spacious rooms flooded with light.
All fittings and furnishings have been carefully selected from Europe's leading designers and brands, which gives its interiors real personality and character.
Not without a care for nature in mind, the building possesses its own osmosis and grey water filtration machine, while all the materials like ceramics, terrazzo tiles, and stone, have been sourced locally or from companies with eco policy and low carbon footprint.
Building comprises five uniquely designed double bedrooms, ranging from 27 to 36 m2, each one with its own specifications, from open plan cast iron baths, to external showers. They all come with their own suite bathrooms.
On the first floor we find three rooms: two with the balcony and one with its own private patio. There are two more rooms on the second floor.
At the moment the building is operating as a hotel, with a contemporary art gallery and a Cafe-Bar on the ground floor, serving artisan coffee, breakfast, brunch and a refined selection of small dishes (tapas), to a wider public.
Nevertheless, the building has many possibilities: it can be, either, left as it is, or transformed to a luxurious villa with the tourist licence, with a big open plan kitchen and dining area on the ground floor that leads to a beautiful spacious walled garden, where a swimming pool can be installed. It also has a spacious basement with a beautiful stone arch, typical for the historic buildings of Ciutadella, which could be easily transformed to a private spa with sauna and jacuzzi, to a gym or even a wine cellar.

Geographically, Menorca is the easternmost and northernmost island of the Balearic Islands, declared a Biosphere Reserve in 1993 by UNESCO. Blessed with a typically Mediterranean climate with annual average temperatures of 16.5 degrees, it currently has a population of 96,000, concentrated into eight districts: Maó (administrative capital of the island), Ciutadella (the old capital), Alaior, Ferreries, Es Mercadal, Es Castell, Sant Lluís and Es Migjorn Gran. There are three other towns, Sant Climent, Llucmaçanes and Fornells, the first two in the district of Maó and the other in Es Mercadal. Maó, located in the east, and Ciutadella, in the west, are the two most inhabited towns on the island.
Socio-economically, unlike the other islands of the Balearic archipelago, Menorca has, over time, had the good fortune to be able maintain a perfect balance between the traditional industries of footwear, costume jewellery and agriculture favouring the gentle development of the tourist sector and thus enabling the island to preserve its countryside and beaches. This environmental sensitivity still exists among all its inhabitants, guaranteeing a unique setting, perfect for family, sports and cultural tourism.
