Last Tuesday 26th, the first meeting of entrepreneurs in positive was held in Menorca, organised by Onda Cero and CaixaBank, with the participation of Professor Gonzalo Bernardos, well-known in the national economy.
The economist and analyst Gonzalo Bernardos presented the conference entitled “The excellent economic prospects of the Menorcan economy” with an attendance of more than a hundred people. A very stimulating conference in which he highlighted the importance of tourism for the recovery of Menorca.
Bernardos also recalled the estimated growth figure of 4.8% announced by the International Monetary Fund, “We are the third country after Ireland that is cheating because part of the “PIB” is fiscally taken into consideration but it is not done there, and the second is Israel with a 5%. A conclusive factor is tourism”.
The meeting was held at the Club Marítimo of Mahón and part of Bonnin Sanso’s management team were invited.
