The real estate group, Quabit, has opened a showroom in its central office, next to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, where it has recreated some of the areas of the villas of the new Nature Son Parc development, situated on Menorca’s north coast. In the heart of Madrid, Quabit is carrying out the new Nature Son Parc promotion with a virtual reality experience which aims to bring the pure Mediterranean to the centre of the Spanish capital. With the inauguration of a showroom in its headquarters next to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, it has recreated part of the interior and exterior of one of the villas of this exclusive complex which is surrounded by pine trees. The real estate company, Bonnin Sanso, is marketing these villas.
In an area of 300 square metres the visitor will be able to see all the details of these exclusive chalets – a living/dining room, kitchen, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and some of the exterior which have all been recreated. In this innovative showroom one can also see various images of iconic places in Menorca, such as the beaches of Macarella and Macarelleta, Son Parc Golf Club or Arenal de Son Saura; all of which will be close to this new promotion which will be a reality at the end of 2021.

Menorca also present at SIMA
Considered one of the most important and influential real estate events of our country, the Real Estate Exhibition of Madrid closed last Sunday with more than 19,800 visitors wanting to know the latest ideas from the 300 companies that attended. It was at this SIMA that the Quabit promotions group dedicated part of its large stand to the presentation of the Nature Son Parc project and some of Bonnin Sanso’s sales team were there to help with the many people interested in this new complex. The presentation featured some spectacular images of Menorca, a stunning promotional video and a detailed model of the complex.
It is expected that the model will shortly be moved to the sales office, staffed by Bonnin Sanso, at Avda des Mercadal Son Parc on the plot where this project is being developed.
