Stuffed red peppers recipe

February is a great month to nourish our body with seasonal food, rich in Vitamin C, such as organic peppers from Menorca. For this reason, we have the pleasure of sharing with you a very easy and healthy recipe; grilled tuna and egg stuffed red peppers. 



  • 2 large red peppers
  • 160 gr of light tuna in olive oil
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • Grated cheese
  • Oregano
  • A pinch of salt



  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  2. Put them in a tray and in the oven until they soften.
  3. While they are baking, prepare the filling by mixing the tuna and the hard-boiled eggs cut into small pieces.
  4. Take the peppers out of the oven and fill with the mixture.
  5. Add the grated cheese on top and sprinkle with oregano to taste
  6. Put the stuffed peppers back in the oven until the cheese is gratin, and voila!
