Three water parks for the family in Menorca

The Aquacenter Cala’n Blane is one of the first water parks built in Menorca. It is located in the urbanisation of Cala’n Blanes in Ciutadella and was opened in 1998 as one of the most publicised tourist attractions on the island. It is a space housing twelve thousand square metres of fun where toboggans, swimming pools and water jumps combine with a setting of green space and restaurants to spend a day with the family. There is a total of nearly one hundred metres of water slide through toboggans, hydro-tubes and water routes that last year won the trust of the Traveller’s Choice prize, which is awarded by the Trip Advisor Travel Portal Awards.

AquaRock prides itself on having been one of the largest water parks in Menorca, complemented by a karting area for more family fun. Situated in the urbanisation of Cala’n Bosch in Ciutadella, it has water attractions for all the family such as its four toboggans, wave pool and a relaxing Jacuzzi. It has a restaurant service and is a good option on the south-west coast of the island.

Splash Sur Menorca is the latest water park that has opened in Menorca, just one year ago, and has a space of 18,000 square metres. It is located in the Biniancolla urbanisation, belonging to the district of Sant Lluis, on the south-east coast. It has eight different toboggans and five thematic pools that added together make up almost 2,000 square metres. Considered the largest water park, one of its curiosities is that it uses treated seawater so that it is like bathing on the beach but more fun.
